Driveways and walkways
Concrete holds every oil drip, tire mark and rain stain the street throws at it. A wash takes the drive back to the colour it was poured.
Pressure washing and soft washing in Lakeland. Driveways, pavers, siding, pool decks and storefronts, cleaned by the crew that has been working Polk County yards since 2016.
What we clean
Hard surfaces get pressure. Anything painted, screened or shingled gets a soft wash instead, which is low pressure and the right mix, so the dirt comes off and the surface stays where it is.

Concrete holds every oil drip, tire mark and rain stain the street throws at it. A wash takes the drive back to the colour it was poured.

Siding, soffits and gutters get low pressure and the right mix instead of a hard blast, so the dirt and the green film come off and the paint stays on.

Pavers trap sand, algae and whatever grew in the joints over a wet Florida summer. Cleaned properly they look laid rather than lived on.

Wood goes grey and slick long before it goes bad. Washing it back is the cheapest thing you can do for a deck, and it is what you do before sealing.

The surface nobody looks at until someone is barefoot on it. Pool decks and screened lanais collect a film that a garden hose will not touch.

Sidewalks, entryways, dumpster pads and drive throughs. Booked early or after close so the wash happens while nobody is walking through it.
Recent work
Not every job is a wash. This one had sunk in two places, so the pavers came up, the base got levelled, and they went back down flat.

Pavers had settled into two low spots. Lifted out and stacked to the side, which is the only way to get at what caused it.

The base gets levelled and screeded flat. Skip this and the same two dips come back in a season.

Relaid, swept in and flat again. Photographed on their own job in Lakeland.

About
Plairs Pressure Washing is run by Earl Plair, who has been taking care of Lakeland properties as That Lawn Company since 2016. The pressure washing side went on the books in its own name in February 2026.
That order matters more than it sounds. The people cleaning your driveway already know what is growing on it, what the rain does to it in August, and what happens to the beds either side when a wash is done carelessly.
